Hydra Alka Terms

This Franchise Application pertains to dealership licensing under Hydra Alka International Pvt Ltd. By submitting the request, you agree that you understand the company holds complete ownership of the Hydra Alka brand, technology, packaging design, marketing material, production systems, logos, digital media, and associated intellectual assets. You acknowledge that no dealership, distribution or brand usage rights are granted without official written approval and franchise authorization. The company reserves the full right to approve, reject or evaluate a request without justification. Upon approval, you must comply with pricing control, purity standards, equipment maintenance, refilling procedures, plant inspection, branding rules and distribution limits. Franchise misuse, duplication of brand elements, private bottling, third-party sale or unauthorized expansion may lead to license suspension and legal action. All operational responsibilities such as GST, FSSAI licensing, water validation, compliance, business trade permissions and sale regulations lie solely with the franchise holder. The company may also revise policy terms anytime for quality and legal compliance.
