1. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Premium Alkaline water purifier. If you encounter any issues, please review our return policy:

  • Products can be returned within 10 days of delivery if they are in original packaging.
  • If the product has been installed, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the product is inspected.

2. Manufacturing Defects

In the rare event that your purifier is defective upon arrival or installation, we will provide a free replacement or repair as per the warranty terms.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, a nominal shipping and handling fee may be deducted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Consumable parts such as filter cartridges and membranes are non-returnable once the vacuum seal is broken, unless found defective upon initial installation.
